Holidays During Tutoring Programs

All tutoring programs may be subject to minor pricing adjustments depending on the number of scheduled holidays, school breaks, or planned tutor absences during a selected term. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

General Terms

By accessing this website and booking services with Inspired Tutors LLC ("Inspired Tutors", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and Inspired Tutors.

Inspired Tutors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

Inspired Tutors reserves the right to update pricing, policies, and service terms at any time.

Services Agreement

By purchasing tutoring services, you agree to:
• Pay for services in advance
• Follow scheduling and cancellation policies
• Communicate respectfully with tutors and staff
• Follow all academic integrity standards

Inspired Tutors reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if these terms are violated.

Payment Policy

All tutoring sessions must be paid in advance for the upcoming week unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Payments secure your scheduled time slot. Failure to submit payment before the upcoming week may result in cancellation of scheduled sessions.

Inspired Tutors reserves the right to pause services if accounts become delinquent.

Scheduling, Cancellations, No-Shows, and Make-Up Policy

No-Show Policy

If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or credited.

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with proper notice may be eligible for rescheduling.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

Rescheduling and Make-Up Sessions

Make-up sessions and rescheduling are not guaranteed and are provided solely at the tutor's discretion and based on availability.

Inspired Tutors does not guarantee availability of alternative times.

Tutor Cancellations

If a tutor must cancel, Inspired Tutors will offer either:
• A rescheduled session
• A substitute tutor
• A session credit

Refund Policy

Inspired Tutors does not provide refunds for tutoring services once sessions are scheduled.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases where Inspired Tutors is unable to provide services.

License

Inspired Tutors grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

No Academic Guarantees

Inspired Tutors does not guarantee:
• Grade improvements
• Test score increases
• Admission to any school
• Completion of assignments

Student success depends on effort, attendance, and study habits.

Termination

Inspired Tutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Repeated no-shows
• Policy violations
• Inappropriate behavior

Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party websites. Inspired Tutors is not responsible for their content or policies.

Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Inspired Tutors regarding services provided.
